Preheat oven to 400 ℉, line baking sheet with parchment. In a large bowl mix all the meatball ingredients, form into 1 inch balls, place on baking sheet, cook for 20-25 minutes. Mix glaze ingredients in a measuring cup or small bowl. Add cooked meatballs to a serving bowl, drizzle with glaze and toss gently until coated. Serve over noodles or rice and garnish with chopped peanuts and mint.
