  • 1 avocado
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice, or lime juice
  • 2 tbsp Pace Picante, or other salsa
  • ¼ tsp garlic salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ½ cup tomato, diced and drained
  • 1 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped

Cut avocado in half, remove pit, quarter, peel, and mash with a fork. Add lemon juice, salsa, salt and pepper, mix well. Add tomato and cilantro, mix just enough to combine.
