 Ingredients
  • 1 lbs lean ground turkey
  • ½ tsp garlic salt
  • 1 tsp mesquite seasoning
  • 2 tsp no-salt seasoning (onion, garlic powders)
  • ¼ tsp black pepper, (optional)
  • 2 tsp Sambal Oelek, (optional)
  • ¼ cup seasoned bread crumbs
  • 4 whole wheat buns
Instructions

In a medium bowl, mix all burger ingredients until evenly distributed using a fork or hands. Preheat grill on medium heat. Form into patties, spray grill lightly with non-stick and place burgers on the grill. Cook for about 5 minutes per side until browned and done.
