Preheat oven to 350 ℉. Combine tahini, honey, vanilla, cinnamon and dried fruit in a medium mixing bowl. Mix in the nuts and seeds until well blended. Make 1 inch balls, drop onto parchment lined cookie sheet and flatten lightly. Bake for 10 minutes or until edges are slightly browned, cool for several minutes and then remove to wire rack.
