Preheat oven to 300 ℉. Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl. Mix oil, syrup and canned pumpkin until smooth. Froth egg white with a wire whisk. Add liquids and frothed egg white to dry ingredients, stirring until coated. Spread mixture onto 2 large baking sheets that are lined with parchment paper. Cook for 25-30 minutes, rotating pans and flipping once to ensure even cooking.
