Preheat oven to 425 ℉. Wash, trim ends and cut brussel sprouts in half. In a medium bowl drizzle olive oil over brussel sprouts and toss to coat. Sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper, toss to coat. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and toss to coat. Sprinkle with bread crumbs, toss to coat and dump out onto baking sheet. Arrange up or down in a single layer. Bake for 18-20 minutes until turning golden brown on top.
