 Ingredients
  • 2 cups flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ cup butter, softened
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • ⅔ cup bananas, ripe and mashed
  • 1 eggs
  • 3 tbsp buttermilk
  • ⅓ cup cranberries, dried or fresh/frozen
  • ⅓ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ⅓ cup pecans, chopped (optional)
Instructions

Combine or sift flour and baking powders in a bowl. Add remaining ingredients in 3 parts until just blended. Preheat oven to 350 ℉. Place batter in a greased 8x8 pan. Bake for about 35 minutes.
