Preheat oven to 350 ℉. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and sugar in mixing bowl. In another mixing bowl beat eggs, oil, and vanilla. Mash bananas in a separate bowl. Add liquid mixture and bananas to dry ingredients, mixing just enough to combine, adding milk to proper consistency. Do not over mix, as you want small lumps. Fold in nuts. Spray 8 inch bread pan with non-stick spray. Spoon mixture into bread pan. Bake for 60-65 minutes, or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean.
