 Ingredients
  • 2 lbs salmon fillet
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, peeled and grated or minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 1 tsp Thai seasoning
  • 1 tsp Thai red curry paste
  • 2 tsp Sriracha
  • 1 tbsp Thai sweet chili sauce, hoisin or sweet and sour sauce
  • 1 tsp mesquite seasoning, or smoked paprika
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges
Instructions

Heat oven to 400 ℉, cover large cooking sheet with foil and spray with non-stick. Combine sauce ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly into a paste. Place salmon fillet on foil, spread sauce mixture evenly. Cover with foil, and bake for 12-20 minutes until salmon flakes, remove from oven and let rest 10 minutes. Serve with lime wedge and cilantro.
