 Ingredients
  • 14 oz salmon fillet
  • 2 tsp mesquite seasoning
  • ½ tsp chili powder, chipotle or cayenne pepper
Instructions

Heat non-stick pan or grill to 325-350 ℉. Rub seasoning into one side of fillet, cook seasoning side down until half done (~6-8 minutes). Flip and cook just until salmon flakes, do not overcook as it will continue cooking after removing from grill.
