 Ingredients
  • 1 egg
  • ⅓ cup lowfat milk
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tbsp butter
  • 6 french bread slices
Instructions

Beat egg in flat bottom mixing bowl. Beat in milk and add cinnamon. Add butter to pan, spread evenly as it is heating, dip to coat both sides of each piece of bread and add to pan before butter gets hot. Cook in non-stick skillet at 300 ℉, for 3-4 minutes per side. Serve with powdered sugar, honey or maple syrup.
