 Ingredients
  • ¾ cups flour
  • ½ cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ⅛ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ⅓ cup butter, softened
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ cup bananas, ripe and mashed
  • 1 eggs
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • ⅔ cup cranberries, dried
  • ⅓ cup pecans, chopped (optional)
Instructions

Combine flour and baking powders in a bowl. Beat butter, sugar, vanilla and egg until mixed. Stir in flour, chocolate chips and nuts. Preheat oven to 350 ℉. Make 1 inch balls and drop onto greased cookie sheet or silicon baking mat. Bake for 12-16 minutes, cool on pan for 2 minutes and then move to cooling rack.
