 Ingredients
  • 4 cups flour
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp cloves
  • ½ tsp nutmeg
  • ½ tsp ginger
  • ½ cup canola oil
  • ¾ cup molasses
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
Instructions

Combine dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. In a 2 cup measuring cup, lightly beat eggs, add oil and molasses, stir to combine. Add liquid mixture to dry ingredients and mix well. Cover and chill dough for several hours. Preheat oven to 350 ℉. Make 1 inch balls and drop onto greased cookie sheet or silicon baking mat. Bake for 12-14 minutes, cool and coat with powdered sugar.
