  • ¼ cup flour
  • ¼ cup nonfat milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp butter, melted
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
Instructions

Ingredients are for one pancake, make as many as you want by simply adding. Preheat oven to 400 ℉. Add butter and/or spray 9 inch non-stick cake pans, allowing butter to melt just enough to spread as oven heats. In a medium mixing bowl, beat eggs, mix in milk, add cinnamon and flour, mix until. Pour batter into pans and cook for 12 minutes. Remove from pan, place onto plate, squirt lemon juice evenly and cover with powdered sugar.
